I have got the document regarding the Connected Management group,
Scenario - SCOM installed in test and prod environment, Test doesnt have internet facility to route emails to external email address, hence using management group to route the alerts under production environment.
I am implementing all the changes under production Environment
When I tried to add the management group, using an SDK account, Getting an error below
I Have few specific points to ask
1. Is their any firewall issue as both domains are different.
2. I have no clue is the SDK account is different for test and prod ( how to check it)
3. If i have to create a bypass account (other account ) , what is the procedure
