I have been facing a strange issue (at least for me) where the older active alerts have their 'Alert History' cleared up by DB grooming. I have read the below threads but I DO hesitate to make changes in the DB directly.

I am just curious to know if anyone is aware if a fix has been released from MS to get rid of this or does anyone have other ways to resolve. BTW, we have SCOM 2012 SP1 UR3.
