Core windows services monitors are alerting for RMS?

We are getting services stopped alerts for RMS everyday randomly. These are the service monitors alerting for RMS 1. Configuration Service Stopped 2. TCP/IP NetBIOS Service Stopped 3. Plug and Play Service Stopped 4. DNS Service Stopped 5. RPC Service Stopped 6. Windows Server Service Stopped 7. Windows Event Log Service Stopped 8. Windows Workstation Service Stopped 9. Root Management Server Unavailable

I've checked Application log, System Log and Operations Manager log on the RMS but can't see any which looks like issue. No events in the System event log for service start/stop?

Please could you someone help to resolve the issue?
