Hello !!
There is an issue with the delivery of SCOM alerts via mail notofications.
The alerts are sent to the mails only at a specific time and are not continuous, unlike the operations console Active alerts view.
I tired deleting and creating the channels, subscriptions and that worked only for a few days. Whenever i make any changes on the channels, it works but then again the issue occurs after a few days.
I also tried creating a command channel to test the delivery of mails to troubleshoot it.
Is there anything else to be verified at the management server ?
