When creating an alert view in SCOM 2012 SP1, I can create a view with a filter on custom field. This allows me to specify a support group in a custom field and then filter all alerts for that particular group in a view for them no matter the current resolution state.
When trying to use the new dashboard alert widget, that custom filter is gone. I can only filter on crit/warn/info or resolution state. Am I missing something? Is there a way to do this through authoring if I'm not?
