Resend email with a TicketId

Hi,

I currently raise an alert to the console on a specific Event ID.   This alert sends an email to the support team.

When the alert is acknowledged or closed they also get an alert.  This is fine and works as required.

However how do I get it to email again when a TicketId has been manually added to the Alert?

I get emails whenever the resolution state changes.  When the alert is originally raised it has no TicketId
