Error when installing OpsMgr reporting (Attempted to add warning icon to item OMREPORTING but since this was as NONVITALFAILURE case, we added an Error icon instead.)

I havethe following scenario:

TwoManagement Server,the firstManagement Serverhas the followingfunctions:
-Management Server
-OperationsConsole
-WebConsole

My secondManagement Serverhas the followingfunctions:

-Management Server
-OperationsConsole

ASQLServerwiththeOperationsManagerandOperationsManagerDW bases.

My secondManagement Server,I installed theservicereport serverSQL, createdthe foundationin myremote SQLServer(ReportServerOpsMgrandReportServerOpsMgrTempDB).By adding thefeatureofReportingServer it starts theinstallation process,butat a certain pointitgives me thefollowing error messagein the ReportingServerlog:AttemptedtoaddwarningicontoOMREPORTINGitembutsince thiswastheNONVITALFAILURE case,weaddedan Erroriconinstead.

Has anyonebeen throughthis problemand canhelp me?
