Helo all, we had a service on a server crashing 23,000 / hour and since I'm new to SCOM I didn't realize there was an issue until a couple months later. Once I found the issued I disabled the rule, now we have approx 350gb of data in the database that is garbage. We don't want to change the grooming settings and lose all our other data.
Does anyone have a script that I could use to purge this data, I understand I'll have to do a shrink after. I have the server name and event id.
