i am facing issues with the SCOM 2012 environment with 2 MS in the resource pool and installed agents on 2 servers and left it for monitoring for few weeks with Mps imported from old environment . After few weeks i could see only one alert in the SCOM conolse.

I dont see any other alert .so started checking the event logs and I could see
event id 7002 and 7015 for runas account for action account and opsdb in the MS. checked the runsasaccount and added the accounts to the local admin group in the MS but it did not fix.
And lots of 1102 events from multiple management packs.
Event id 5300 and 5304 local health service is not healthy.Alert flow is stalled with pending acknowledgent.
tried flusing health service and restarted the MS but issue still persist.
kindly assist me in fixing this issue.
