Exchange Server 2013 monitoring in SCOM 2012 R2

Hi

I have configured monitoring of Exchange Server 2013 in SCOM 2012 R2 but some components are not being monitored. I also checked overrides to configure monitoring for them but I din’t get any solution.

I have also attached a screenshot of that screen for your understanding-

In the above screenshot, the problem occurs with Customer Touch points. It also occurs with service components and server resources.

Any help would be really appreciated.
