I've got a fairly large scale deployment of SCOM 2012 R2. Everything was fine but recently started receiving the following error message for all my windows servers:
"The Health Service could not log on the RunAs account domain\user for management group because it has not been granted the "Allow log on locally" right."
I get these messages for the default run as account, as well as the Data Warehouse Action Account, and Data Warehouse Report Deployment Account. Using group policy, i gave these users Allow log on locally right across the domain, but the warnings still exist. I've tested the ability to log on locally by doing so manually with these accounts and it works just fine. Not sure why the messages still pop up, and the monitor properties don't give much in the way of explanations.
Any ideas on how to deal with this issue?
