I have several servers with windows server 2012 datacenter edition installed and one has a preview edition of WS2012. This server is a domain controller with the DNS role configured. In SCOM 2012 SP1, all the servers but the one with the preview version installed are reporting without issues to SCOM.
In console, in the workspace of monitoring, windows computers view, the server with the preview version appears inhealthy state at the agent level, but at the level of Windows Operating System appears with a state ofNot Monitored. I have information about processor, memory and disk but nothing about roles nor operating system in that server.
My question is: SCOM 2012 SP1 has or not support for preview versions of Windows Operating Systems, in my case WS2012?
in technet says that Windows Server 2012 is fully supported by a SCOM 2012 SP1 agent, but don´t specify nothing about preview versions of operating systems.
