The Microsoft Operations Manager Expression Filter Module failed to query the delivered item, item was dropped

On two OpsMgr monitored servers got a weird problem. More than 10K events everyday like:

The Microsoft Operations Manager Expression Filter Module failed to query the delivered item, item was dropped. 

Property Expression: Params/Param[1] 

Error: 0x8007000E 

The error code is something like out of resources. How would you address it?
