Runbook invocation from SCOM

hello,

       i am new to this.

    i have created a monitoring object with some rules. When the threshhold value is met, the SCOM should automatically invoke the particular runbook through connector to perfom some action like increasing disk space, adding new logical disk to VM etc.

Educate me on the End to End implementation  .
