SCOM 2012 - Import Event logs from another system?

hey all,

I'm using scom in a test environment and have a question about importing event logs.

we're using another platform to analyze event logs, which can be exported as different format like csv or xml, etc.

I want to know if scom can import event logs as csv or xml file to generate alerts.

please help.
