Java application monitoring through SCOM 2012 R2

Hello All,

We have to monitor the JAVA Application (OF-BIZ ERP Application) through SCOM 2012 R2.

Java Application's machine :Windows Server 2012 +Apache Tomcat 7+OF-BIZ java based application hosted on tomcat.
SCOM machine                    :Windows server 2012 +SCOM 2012 R2.

Management server able to monitor the Tomcat  application server successfully.
Then  proceed for monitoring java application ,so upgraded scom 2012 sp1 to r2 .
After Upgradatiion Tomcat server can be monitored by scom 2012 r2.

JAVA APM Agent deployed successfully  ,verified by apm-java-agent.txt”.  The file contain  an entry “Initializing Java APM Agent” .

But still not able to monitor the java applications (of-biz)hosted on Tomcat Apache.

Any assist will be appreciate toward resolved the problem.
