SCOM 2012 - How can I have the same Mgmt Packs in a new SCOM Test environment that is currently in my SCOM Production environement?

I'm new to SCOM...

I'm creating a SCOM Test environment to mirror my Production environment.

I installed SCOM for my Test environment, but the sealed MPs are a few versions behind what is in Production. How can I get the same sealed MPs from Production into my new Test environment and keep them sealed?
