How to Run SCOM in a Virtual Environment ?

Hi ,

We have one scom 2012 SP1  management server and another one for  the Database monitor about 600 agent

is it good idea to migrate the scom servers to virtual servers on the Hyper-V 2012

and what is your recommendation to implement it
