Hi
We are using SCOM 2007 SP1 (dont have budget to update to R2) and we cannot get it to alert on the logical free disk space no matter what we do.
We have just built a new server and re-installed SCOM 2007 SP1 and have deployed the agent to a test server (Windows Server 2008 box).
The first question I would like to clarify is what is the latest version of the management pack that we should be using for this installation? As far as I can see am I correct in saying the latest is 6.0.7026.0? When we try to import the server library for this MP we get the following message,
The requested management pack was invalid. See inner exception for details.

Admit we are not SCOM experts but creating the alert seems fairly straightforward, we know about both thresholds needing to be breached and the we know 100% the server disk space is below the threshold we have set. We have tried both the default policy and an override but neither will get the system to report the test anything other than healthy.
If anyone can clarify the Management Pack question that would be an ideal starting point? But if there is anything else we may be missing for the monitor please let me know
Thanks
