Hello,

I know it is a classic after a movement of the database from the cluster enterprise to a standalone server I have this message...

Date: 2/19/2014 6:46:05 AM
Application: System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2
Application Version: 6.1.7221.110
Severity: Error
Message: Failed to connect to server 'OPMGRRMS1.ad'

Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Common.SdkServiceNotInitializedException: Sdk Service has not yet initialized. Please retry

But I followed http://blogs.technet.com/b/smsandmom/archive/2007/10/11/scom2007-moving-the-operations-manager-database.aspx

also tried  http://blogs.catapultsystems.com/cfuller/archive/2010/04/27/operations-console-will-not-open-%E2%80%93-sdk-service-has-not-yet-initialized.aspx

and I still get this error...

The server database has been changedin the registry

The three services on the RMS have been restarted as welll...

I did the registry changes as well on all MS... servers

For information alert emails are starting flowing but I could not get to the console..

Both servers RMS and DB have been rebooted to be sure all services have been restarted

Any idea?

Thanks,

Dom
