TFS 2013 SCOM Issues

I'm POC'ing TFS 2013 lab environment for use with SCOM 2012 SP1.  Have simple TFS environment with 1 app-tier, 1 SSRS/AS instance, 1 SQL data tier instance and a proxy server.  No build systems.

Screen shots surrounding my question(s) can be viewed here: http://imgur.com/a/InkTW#0

Followed the MP guide to install/configure, including overrides for TFS on port 80 with path of '/' vs default '/tfs'.

Observation:

1. In following guide to setup 'RunAs account' and associated with TFS profile, etc. it specifically states the profile only has to be associated with the 'TFS App-Tier' systems ...not all TFS related systems.  Initially when I setup TFS profile only for app tier, the other nodes would always reflect 'Critical' state under 'Administration -> Agent Monitored'.  I ended up specifying all TFS related nodes in runas profile and they all went to "Healthy" state.

Issue/Problem?

The TFS environment appears to be discovered successfully (See screen shots).  App-Tier server shows "Healthy" but everything else (SQL/SSRS/Collections, etc.)  See screen shots.  Even for the 'TFS Installation' it states "Not Monitored".  Seems the TFS App-Tier is the only thing being monitored which has me confused.

I would expect to see more information associated with overall TFS environment no?

I checked everything recommended in troubleshooting section of guide but have not identified an issue with anything.

Thoughts?
