We are looking into using SCOM ACS to forward and store all "Security" logs from all DCs into SQL Databse. As per TechNet website it states that multiple ACS Collectors might have to be installed on the network as one cannot service all ACS Forwarders.
Can enyone tell a rough estemate on how many ACS Collectors would we need to deply to service 130 DCs and what is the calculation method do get this number? I have seen the formula to determine each collectors memory but can't find anything on how to determine the number of ACS Collectors needed.
And can all these logs (after filtering) be stroed into one SQL Data Warehouse?
