When using SharePoint 2010 to display SCOM 2012 Dashboard Web part, SCOM issues error: Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Presentation.Security.ConnectionSessionException: Unable to create connection session

1. Using SharePoint 2010 Enterprise to display ...
2. SCOM 2012 Dashboard Web Part.
3. The Web part does connect to SCOM server but then I get error : Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Presentation.Security.ConnectionSessionException: Unable to create connection session
