Will SCOM 2012 R2 integrate with SCVMM 2012 SP1? Yea, I'd be surprised if it didn't, but I'd just like to confirm (before promising the moon).
We currently have SCOM 2007 R2 installed and we'd like to upgrade, but I need to decide which version I will be upgrading to - SCOM 2012 SP1 or SCOM 2012 R2. Ideally, I'd like to go to SCOM 2012 R2...
We had SCOM 2007 R2 integrated with SCVMM 2008 R2, but have upgraded to SCVMM 2012 SP1 recently - so there is nothing currently setup between SCOM and SCVMM.
We're a single forest, single domain shop. Ideally, we'd like or System Center products to "work together", thus the question about the 2012 SP1 and R2 mix.

I'm working on our SCOM and SCCM projects and a colleague is working on SCVMM - I must have experienced one of those senior moments where acronyms get confused... I do appreciate the feedback thou. Joe.
