Management Server Missing in Console

I am currently remoted into the SCOM 2007 root management server and in the console the management server is no longer listed under Administration - Management Servers

Also, there are no longer any Windows or Unix servers listed under Administration - Agents Managed and Unix/Linux Servers

I browsed out to the registry of the Managerment Server to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager\3.0\Machine Settings and DefaultSDKServiceMachine still has the correct server name listed.
