RMS Server is in Greyed out in SCOM 2007 R2

Dear Experts,

Since yesterday we are facing the issue with SCOM server and the RMS server showing Greyed out and does not come back to normal.

I have done the following steps to recover:

1, Restart the Health Service, doenn't help

2, Renamed the OpsMgrConnector.Config.xml file as OpsMgrConnector.Config.old.xml under Management Group folder and after bouncing all the RHS service does not create a new file (OpsMgrConnector.Config.xml) under Management group folder, Problem not resolved.

3, Rebooted the Server, does not resolve.

Can you help me to resolve the issue ?
