Networkdevices (Adding new Columns in Overview)

Hello,

We are evaluating the "power" within SCOM 2012 R2 and the monitoring of network devices. As far as i know there is just a plain monitoring possible, for 2012 R2 i didnt find any good MP's i.E. for Cisco Switches. Actually i'd like to change the Monitoring Overview "Networkdevices" to add two new Columns containing Uptime of the Switches and IOS-Version. Maybe more....i'm a bit confused at this point to start.

However, anybody did already play to get more SNMP Information like Uptime/IOS-Version into SCOM and could give me some starter hints?
