ManagedEntity data in SCOM 2012 DW not in sync with OpsManager DB

Hello,

I see that data for few Servers (Agent Managed Machines) which are available in the OpsManager DB is not available in the SCOM DW.

Can you guide me on how to troubleshoot this issue?
