Are there any white papers or suggestions as to what, at a minimum, SharePoint 2013 items should be monitored by SCOM? I have been searching but I haven't found anything yet.
I have a situation where the SharePoint group are a bit SCOM shy because they had a SP 207 installation monitored by SCOM and they were inundated with notifications to the point that they ceased all monitoring. I dont' want that to happen with 2013 so I would like to start out slow but I want to make sure that the basics are coverd. I have a DBA team who will look after the database side of SharePoint so I'm not worried about that, jus the SharePoint stuff itself.
