SCOM 2012 R2 - Monitoring SQL 2012 Cluster

Hi All-

I have been searching this forum for answers as to why my SQL 2012 Clustered instance is not showing under the Microsoft SQL Server MP, but have had no luck with some of the solutions.  Here is a brief description my setup and what I have tried:

• OS is Server 2012 for all SQL servers and my SCOM server

• Using SQL Server 2012 MP version 6.4.1.0

• Using Windows Cluster Management Monitoring MP version 6.0.7063.0

• On both physical SQL nodes, I have enabled the proxy agent

• In Agentless Managed, I can see the cluster resources there

• Configured the Run As account to have local admin rights on the servers as well as SA rights in SQL

• Configured the Run As account to have db_reader access to all DBs

• Under the Microsoft Windows Cluster MP, my cluster shows with no issues

• I have standalone SQL 2012 instances that show under the SQL MP, but not the clustered instance

• I see no errors in the Operation Manager event logs on the servers

I think that is all the information I can think of at the moment.  Has anyone had a similar issue before?
