Get groups server is a member of

In SCOM 2007, I used to have a script I ran that would intake an FQDN of a server, and tell me all of the groups within SCOM that the server was a member of.  I have since migrated to 2012, and lost the script I had.  Does anyone have a similar ps1 script or command that they use to get this type of information?  This is really helpful in my organization when we have hardware refreshes, and need to set up monitoring for a new server exactly like the old one.
