SCOM 2007 R2 web console not working

Dear Experts,

I have SCOM 2007 R2 environment with Win 2003 server and Web console is installed with one Win 2008 R2 Test SCOM server. But I have pointed this web console server to RMS server. And I have opted the option of Form based Authentication.

After configured everything then I tried to browse the web console through IIS Manager and able to see the Form based Authentication of SCOM 2007 Home page after enter the login information it gives the error as following.

  Unexpected error 
There was an error displaying the page you requested.

Try the following:

Restart the web browser 
Refresh the page 
If you are still not able to view the requested page, try contacting your administrator or Helpdesk
 
Can you please let me know how to resolve this issue ??
