Unable to access webconsole from outside in SCOM 2012 SP1 UR5

Hi All,

We are using SCOm 2012 SP1 and after installing UR5 in our environment everything is working fine except webconsole.

I can able to access the webconsole locally(same server).  If tried to access the webconsole from outside, It keep on asking for password even though I have admin access on the server.

Below is the error...

Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Presentation.Security.ConnectionSessionAccessDeniedException: The user access is denied.

I have checked authentication --> Windows Authentication --Providers and confirmed that NTLM is on the top.  But still have the same issue.
