Missing Tasks on workstation consoles

In the OpsMgr console on my workstations the "State Actions" items are the only options that show up, all the other task items on the Task pane are missing but on the OpsMgr servers themselves the consoles are fine, all the task items show up and are usable.

I have completely uninstalled the console, the Livemaps console extensions and the XianNM Client with console extensions then installed only the OpsMgr console but the problem persists.

I am running OpsMgr 2012 sp1 UR3 and LiveMaps 1.2.2
