service level dashboard empty - scom 2012 R2

Hello, 

I have SCOM 2012 R2. Im trying to create Service Level Dashboards but my dashboards are empty!!

I tried to check from web console and i dont see it too.

My user is SCOM administrator

If i go yo "service level tracking reports" i see it correctly!!!

If i go to the eventviewer, i dont see any errors!!

I followed Kevin forums to create SL

That forum is for 2007 R2 but i think it is the same step to step to follow. 

Any ideas?

Is here a prerequisite to install? I have to import an MP to accomplish? 

I have to install WSS 3.0? Or Service Level Dashboard (SLD 2.0)??
