Scom 2012 R2 & ADFS Problems

Hi

We have installed MP for ADFS 2012R2

Have some problems. The first is that we get this warning that "MEX Endpoint Is Unreachable"

PS0033: This cmdlet cannot be executed from a secondary server in a local
database farm. The primary server is presently: xxxxxxxxxx. To execute management
cmdlets, either log onto the primary server or connect using PowerShell

The second is that we have 3 servers thats has the role ADFS but in SCOM I only see One !!
