Is SCOM 2012 R2 Real time monitoring?

Hello People,

Thanks in advantage for the help.

I want to know if SCOM  2012 alllows real time monitor (cpu/precessor/disk/processes/iis/w3wp).

In my company we are evaluating if we can maintain SCOM or change monitor system for example zabbix.
