SCOM 2007 R2 migration to SCOM 2012 R2 from Win 2003 Server

Dear Experts,

In our Prod SCOM 2007 R2 environment which is installed on Windows server 2003.

Now we Plan to have SCOM 2012 R2 to be sitting at Windows Server 2012 as we knew SCOM 2012 will not be supported Windows 2003 server. So my plan is,

1, SCOM 2007 R2 has to be migrated to SCOM 2012 R2,

2, But, SCOM 2012 should be placed on Windows Server 2013,

3, How to achieve this scenario (Bit challenge over here I guess )
