Operations Manager Failed to start a Process

Hi All, 

I'am running into the following warnings in my System Center Operations Manager 2012 sp1 Ur6 environment. 

I'am getting this error on Windows server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 r2 servers. I checked the firewall ports there are open and disabled the virusscanner. 

I also checked http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2847767 but on the server that I have in stalled there isn't any nic theaming.
