SCOM 2012 SP1 Notifications - Escalation

Hi,

I am looking to implement a tiered notification, with escalation..so for example..

Initial alert hits Email Group

Unresolved after 30 mins text sent to on call engineer

Unresolved after a further 60 mins all engineers receive text

Is this possible to configure in scom 2012 sp1?
