Hi Experts,
We have SCOM 2007 R2 which is directly integrated to BEM for Ticketing.Currently all the alerts are getting ticket and routing
under only queue. But we want to get the tickets seperatly depends on the Technology and we have created a channel by using the below parameters
and im looking to add one more field for technology Ex: SQL , AD , WIndoW
