Just wondering the best way to go about this. I want to record a web session logging into our help desk system (Remedy)
However to log into the SCOM console I obviously need to use my admin account (which dosent have access to Remedy). On the other hand the account that can get into Remedy has no access to SCOM..
So if anyone does this often.. Am I missing or something or would I best -
Give myself access to Remedy with my admin account. Record the session as needed but then perhaps change the account in the settings once finished to the normal one (so its not always using my account) or
Give the Remedy account permissions to actually get into SCOM - and then when recorded remove the permissions?
