We have SCOM2012 r2 Rollup 2.
We have been working for last few days to find out why agents on our SQL server cluster nodes keep stopping. Some reason agent keep stopping.
we found following events generated.
1) lots of alert like "All credential references resolved successfully"
2) Frequent state change requests caused the incoming state change request to be dropped due to it being older than the currently recorded state change for this monitor. This could also be due to an invalid configuration for this monitor.
Affected monitor: Microsoft.Windows.InternetInformationServices.2008.RemoteAdmin.NTService.CheckServiceState.Monitor

We have re-installed the agent, flush the cache few times but with not much success.
Wondering if you guys had similar issue and what did you do to solve the problem.
