SCOM object mapping on Visio appears incorrect on Sharepoint

Hi,

I've created a Rack diagram in Visio 2010 & have mapped the respective objects on SCOM 2012 & its works fine & shows proper details.

But when I convert the diagram to .vdw (web drawing) & publish it on Sharepoint the shapes shows incorrect object mapping.

For eg: (Object mapping)

In Visio                          In Sharepoint

A - A                                 A - B

B - B                                 B - C

C - C                                C - D

I've published other diagrams on the same Sharepoint which works fine. Not sure of this weird behaviour with Rack diagrams.

Please help !!
