Tasks missing from SCOM Console

Hi Guys

We are facing a strange issue from last 2 days . The tasks are missing from the SCOM 2012 sp1 Console. Sometimes I can see it on the MS , and sometimes it disappears . The issue is intermittent .There is nothing major happened on the SCOM side , and all of sudden we are facing this issue . We do have live maps installed on one of the MS , have installed the correct version of extension as per the below article

Can some please point me to some directions for investigation , right now I am stumped.
