Tasks Missing from SCOM Console, Web Client Ok

On the Active Alerts view in the SCOM Client, our Tasks Pane is no longer displaying the majority of the tasks. Or on any other views for that matter. We recently updated a management group consisting of 5 Management Servers to SP1 and CU1 along with all the consoles. The Tasks Pane was working fine yesterday and the only thing other than working Alerts and tuning  that was done was an Orchestrator integration that placed servers in Maintenance Mode based on ConfigMgr collections.

I find it hard to believe the integration would have caused the issue. We are not receiving any errors in the log file and the management group is working fine. The only items we see in the task pane are Alert Actions - View or edit the settings of this monitor, Start Maintenance Mode, Overrides, Personalized view and Subscriptions - Create... and Modify...

Everything else is gone. No Navigation tasks, no Report Tasks, No Alert Properties, Close Alert is missing and Health Explorer is no longer displayed. From the screenshot below, we should see the Logical Disk Tasks. In the Web Console they are present the tasks are present.

Does anyone know how we can get the tasks to appear again in the in the Task pane? Could we possibly have a corrupt table in the DB? Removing and reinstalling the console does nothing and clearing the console cache does nothing. Results are the same, no Tasks present. This is happening on all the consoles installed.

Thanks in advance!

Larry
