Hi!
I'm testing the SCOM console with the /Viewname: parameter when I start the SCOM console, to get the correct console view directly. This is something that the customers asking for.
Most of the time we use dashboard to get the correct overview screen, so I want to use different dashboards as startup views.
I have following the information from Stefan Roth http://stefanroth.net/2012/09/28/scom-2012-scom-console-parameters-how-to/
I can also see that many others have the same problem as I have with dashboard. I get the internal name from all views throught the powershell command or directly from the MPs, except from dashboards. From the command I do not get any response and when I use the data from the MP, example Microsoft.SQLServer.Presentation.DatabaseSummaryDashboardor UIGenerated_38a8b031..._AllAlertsOverviewOverride with the /Viewname: parameter I only get the output on thatI don't have permission to access the view...
Someone that have any solution on this problem?
