Extracting rules from subscriptions

We are in the process migrating from SCOM 2007 to SCOM 2012.    I have a subscription for some critical alerts, does anyone know how to extract these rules for this subscription so thart I can make sure that either the same rules or matching rules are created in SCOM 2012.
