splunk with SCOM

Hi,

We are using SCOM for our IT infrastructure monitoring and alerting requirements.
We have lot of perf ,alert  and state data which we need to analyze. is anyone using splunk for this purpose.
We need to do a pilot project for this. 

Is there a getting started version on how to
1. get data from SCOM DW to SPLUNK
2. use splunk to analyze data and present.

Or any other useful pointer in this direction.
