Dataware House and Datawarehouse Write Account Problems

Hi

Since I went on holiday the System Center Operations Manager 2012 R2 environment stopped working correctly. When I came back I just had the information that nobody touched the system and they don't know what caused the problem ;) I checked the logs and found these errors:

Failed to store data in the Data Warehouse. The operation will be retried.
Exception 'SqlException': Login failed for user 'Data Warehouse Write Account'.

One or more workflows were affected by this.

Workflow name: Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.CollectEventData
Instance name: ManagementServer.domain.com
Instance ID: {6764B6FD-3844-E30A-719B-4F8F35EDDA16}
Management group: abcd2012

Event ID: 31557, Level: Error, Computer: ManagementServer.domain.com

A lot of the Datawarehouse Workflows fail like: Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Synchronization.TypedManagedEntity
, Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.Synchronization.Relationship and so on. I already verified the correctness of the password and I checked If I'm able to login with that account on the Database. It worked. The permissions the account should have given by Microsoft are also correct.

One or more workflows were affected by this.

Workflow name: Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.CollectPerformanceData
Instance name: MangementServer.domain.com
Instance ID: {951C2FE0-B269-C454-E218-E2D4C9EDBE2A}
Management group: abcd2012

Event ID: 31551, Level: Error.

Also I have a lot of these warnings:

A subscriber data source in management group abcd2012 has posted items to the workflow, but has not received a response in 62 minutes.  Data will be queued to disk until a response has been received.  This indicates a performance or functional problem with the workflow.
 Workflow Id : Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.CollectEntityHealthStateChange
 Instance    : ManagementServer.domain.com
 Instance Id : {6764B6FD-3844-E30A-719B-4F8F35EDDA16}

Event ID: 8000, Level: Warning

Our DB specialist checked the Datawarehouse Database and he said that everything is alright with the system (enough memory, enough free space..). The Datawarehouse Database is in an SQL-Always On Availablity Group, a failover was already made but didn't change the erros.

I found these errors which appear almost twice a minute:

A Bind Data Source in Management Group abcd2012 has posted items to the workflow, but has not received a response in 61920 seconds.  This indicates a performance or functional problem with the workflow.
 Workflow Id : Microsoft.SystemCenter.DataWarehouse.CollectPerformanceData
 Instance    : ManagementServer.domain.com
 Instance Id : {6764B6FD-3844-E30A-719B-4F8F35EDDA16}

Event ID: 2115, Level: Warning

What also seems strange to me is that for the profile Data Warehouse SQL Server Authentication Account the Datawarehouse Action Account is added. There is no "Data Warehouse SQL Server Authentication Account" Run as account. Can you please help me to create it again. When I'm trying to create it, I can fulfill the setup but afterwards it never appears in the Console and the logs have so many errors in it, that I can't find an entry which helps me what happend.

Is there another possiblity to check the Datawarehouse Database.

Best regards

Désirée
